The five checks
Owner
The person we book owns the property
Why it matters: A renter cannot approve a roof
Scope
A roofing or siding project is stated
Why it matters: "Just curious" is not a project
Contact
Address and phone verified
Why it matters: A wrong address is a wasted drive
Time
Booked on your calendar
Why it matters: It is a time slot, not a list to call
Status
Confirmed before the visit
Why it matters: Your closer is not driving to an empty driveway
When one fails
An appointment that fails a check does not count and gets replaced. A no-show works the same way.
You prepay for a block of appointments. Each one delivered comes out of the block. Only appointments that clear the standard come out of it.
Why this protects you
What it does not promise
It does not promise a sale, a close rate, or a number of appointments by a date. Appointments typically start within 7 business days of launch. That is a start window, not a volume guarantee.
What you are billed for meets the five checks. That is the commitment.
Appointments are never shared or resold, and we only run a limited number of contractors per area. See open markets. Use this standard to judge any vendor with the vetting checklist. Pricing is on the cost page.
