How it works
We run survey-gated Meta ads in your market, under your brand or ours. The homeowner qualifies and picks a time on your calendar. Confirmation and reminder texts are handled.
You prepay for a block of appointments. Each one delivered comes out of the block. You show up and sell.
Two models
- Block model. We run the ads. You pay per appointment.
- Account model. Ads run on your own ad account at cost. The per-appointment fee is lower.
Appointments are never shared or resold. We only run a limited number of contractors per area, so check if your market is open.
Pay per appointment vs pay per lead vs retainer
| Starweb's modelPay per appointment | Pay per lead | Monthly retainer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| You pay for | A booked, qualified visit | Contact details from a form | A vendor's time and ad management |
| You pay when | The appointment is delivered | Each lead arrives | Every month |
| Who chases the homeowner | The vendor, until it is on your calendar | You | Depends on the contract |
| No-shows | Replaced (Starweb) | Your problem | Your problem |
| Commitment | A block of appointments | Per lead | Usually a term contract |
A lead is a name and a number, and you pay for it whatever happens next. A retainer pays for effort. Pay per appointment pays for the visit, the first thing in the chain you can count.
